Hello everyone. To those of you who don't know me, I'm a representative here at Revora and it's my job to keep things in order, and to keep everyone happy. I try and keep my nose out of the affairs handled by Toxic and the unyielding staff we have here at C&C Online since they know far more than I do when it comes to fair play reports. But, this one particular issue is starting to rise out of this section and into the community. And it's regarding a very well known member of the community: Green_ZERO. Sorry if this is a bit lengthy, but I feel I must address everyone who has come to me about this subject.
Mr. Zero was given a lifetime ban, which I took no apart of and took no question with since Toxic is disturbingly precise at his job here. But recently, many in the community have come out to me about the ban. Some of them just don't like Zero, but quite a few voiced their opinions about how Zero just doesn't deserve his ban. I have no opinion in the matter that got him that ban, but I took the time to get more familiar with the situation after a few members started sending me emails about him.
Last night, a very friendly fellow by the name of Phoenix sent me a PM. He took the time to give me a very nicely made message about Zero and why his ban was unjust. He even directed me to a certain straw poll which you can see here about how the community is out-crying for him to have his ban lifted. You can always make polls like this up and stinge the results, but I gave him a chance and I do love to see our members ban together for a common cause. So, I decided to work with Mr. Phoenix to see what I can find out from Zero himself.
I just got done chatting with Mr. Zero for a good two hours on Skype. I wanted to hear from him why he thinks his ban was unjust and if he was willing to atone for what he's done to perhaps get a second chance. I hate bans, I really do, and I have always been willing to help people under these circumstances improve their behavior and become apart of the community again. After our conversation, I am certain that Green Zero is one of the most indecent people I have ever met at my time here at Revora. I was willing to help, and I was utterly polite to him, even when he started to attempt insulting me. All he did was brag about his YouTube channel, boast about his reputation, and justify his actions by degrading Toxic and the community. This is a man who thinks attacking our community is justified in any way, and that he has no conscious thought about anyone but himself.
The reason this topic is necessary is for those individuals who reached out to me and other members of our staff about Green_ZERO's ban. I'm glad all of you are very determined on helping your friend and fellow gamer, but we cannot help him. Why, you ask? Because he did not want to be helped. This is a man who actually has no willingness to even acknowledge his actions, and would prefer to be a worthless drifter that would rather undo our community rather than be apart of it. And I am incredibly, genuinely sorry to good people like Phoenix that asked me to help their friend, as I'm sorry that I can't help you. At least, I hope a man like Mr. Zero is a good friend of theirs, because he certainly doesn't think very highly of anyone but himself.
I would like to support Toxic in his decision to ban this man, and I hope everyone appreciates the work he does. To everyone who came to me about this subject, this is my final response: Zero's lifetime ban will never be lifted, and he actually doesn't want it lifted. I hope you all gain some sight from this topic and think very carefully about who you're supporting when you come to members of the community like me with issues like this.
Also, if anyone would like the full Skype conversation I had with Zero, please do PM me. I am very happy to show you all the sort of man he really is behind the curtain. You can also discuss this further privately with me if you would like, and I can add any further details that you feel is being left out.
Have a super day.
