Disable Origin In-Game for Tiberium Wars and un-hook and re-hook TW in the launcher to be sure.
We'd prefer text than video, by the way.

Exactly what it means. Go to the launcher, unhook TW, then hook it again.

Please post your error log into a post. That was all I needed to see for the time being and I could not sensibly read it in the video.
In the meantime, you could try launching without all of the command line parameters that I thought I could see in the target.
