When I get in the game, always appears a message saying that the "account or sub-account was not found", how do you solve it.

Which game? What are you entering as you Account Name or Email?

The game is Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 and Tiberium Wars, I was using an email and Origin User name, but found I had want to be the Revora, I created an account in Revora, but still did not work.

My friend just got C&C online. We're trying to play Red Alert 3. Everytime he tries to log in (using email) it says account not found.
