cannot connect to backend

Im getting the "Cannot connect to backend server error" when attempting to log in online in game 

I have a windows 10 and have found my Error log but it is empty 0kb and when i open it its a blank notepad page.

 

 

[EDIT] Looking at previous posts I saw someone gave the suggestion to run the launcher (cnc-online revore launcher) as admin upon making this change it has since been working.

I've played about 4 different games without issue with connection and have been able to see the new lobby.

Yes, that's right. It needs to be run as Administrator and with either Windows 7 or Windows XP SP3 compatibility. I am surprised that it ever worked without those. You can set those in the properties (right click the shortcut) of the launcher shortcut (under "compatibility").
