Hi, you need to hook your game.

Run the C&C:Online launcher, click Hook->Red Alert 3 (You should see a tick sign if C&C:Online hooked the game properly)

 

From now you just need to launch game normally (for example directly from Desktop shortcut), a C&C:Online launcher will automatically pop up, then click the Red Alert 3 button inside the launcher to start the game.

 

If you need to unhook the game, just click Red Alert 3 in the hook menu again, if that tick sign disappeared it means that the game is now unhooked.

Can you tell us which error message does the game display when you are trying to log in?
"Could not connect to back end server"? or "Cannot connect to servers, please check your Internet connection"? or "Could not connect to Red Alert 3 Online"?
