Please could you run the connection test in How to Report Issues and then post the output in here so we can have a look?

What does "it cannot run" mean? Did you get any error messagees? Are you sure you have extracted everything from the RAR file?

FAILURE

failed to receive any pings from nntest.cnc-online.net :40000.
It appears your router and/or connection is not capable of NAT negotiation.

==> You will need to use port forwarding and possibly configure a static port.

failure

This means your router cannot let you connect to other people.

Try to set your computer as DMZ in router settings.

Alternatively, you can try to use a VPN.

Technically DMZ is less safe, because if you don't set up DMZ, no one can connect to your computer unless you connect to them first (but this means that other players cannot connect to you, so you will have connection issues);

If you change your router, or if you set up your DMZ, other people may be able to connect you, if you have some programs (for example, game) which accept other people's connection. But since you still have Firewall on your computer, and since other people can only connect to specific programs on your computer, so actually your computer is still protected.

Different routers have different ways to set up DMZ.

You can search "How to set up DMZ with XXX(Your router model name) router" on google.
