I have red connection, so i can't start any games. I've tried what feels like everything, can anyone help?

 

I'm on Windows 10, 64 bit

Did you install this;  C&C Ultimate Collection Launchers? It contains a P2P connection fix.

 

Did you consider setting up a DMZ on your computer?

Yes, i've installed the ultimate collection launcher, and setting up DMZ didn't fix it

Try to go game settings -> Network, and make sure that the Online IP address is your local IP address (192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x), and make sure there aren't any other kind of IP addresses.

Please could you run the test again with the DMZ operative, so we can see that it's configured correctly.

Personally, I'm running short of idea.       I guess it could be a firewall issue.     Please could you try disabling Windows Firewall (for all network types) temporarily.    Who are you trying to connect to generally?
