Hi there,

I got the Problem that the game everytime say Could not Connect to Zero Hour Online Server or incorrect Passwort or Username. I installed Gentool 7.4. I used the C&C Online Account Login credentials. It says incorrect Passwort or Username. I tried the Login credentials of Revora now it saying Could not Connect to Zero Hour Online Server.

Are you using Windows 10?

Yeah i´m using Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit Version

Excellent.   Can you open a command prompt and type Test-NetConnection peerchat.server.cnc-online.net -port 6667    then post the results.    I have a bad feeling that a failure to make that connection is not the only issue here but lets get that out the way.

No  That is my fault though.      I should have said, open Windows Powershell and type that (sorry we had a busy days in here over the last couple of day).   You can get to Windows Powershell from the start button.

 Windows 10 is supported.    Please make your own topic and follow the instructions in How to Report Issues.      It will be much easier for us to help you if you do that.

That's good. Now we know that that connection is not being blocked. Please could you go to Options on your game and check that the Online IP address is the same address shown in your screen shot (Starts 192.). Also, if you have any Hamachi drivers installed, please disable or preferably remove them. Then try to log in again.

I removed Hamachi and it worked. Thanks for the Help.
