Ok so i start CnC online normal, launch a Kane Wrath and when i try to login i see "Could not connect to Kane Wrath Online". My login, ID, password and internet is fine. I dont know whats happening. Can anyone help?

Do you have windows 10?     If so, you can run this from Windows Powershell (type "poweshell" at the start menu).
 
Test-NetConnection peerchat.server.cnc-online.net -port 6667

That will tell us whether or not your internet provider blocks the peer chat port, which you need to connect to C&C:Online. There are ways round that but we need to know.
 
In any case, please could you post your error log. See How to Report Issues for instructions.

Im playing on Windows 10, i patched to 1.02+ i Have Ultimate Collection

So ultimate Colletion  can do something with cnc Online?

Check that the IP address shown in Options->Settings->Network is an address on the network you use to connect to the internet (probably 192.168 or 10. something). If there is more than one address, select the other one.   Using a Hamachi driver can sometimes change that address so you connect via the Hamachi driver (which won't connect).   Given that your game patched correctly and that you can connect in RA3, that is the most likely cause of the problem.
