I've been trying to get on Kane's Wrath but it keeps saying Transaction timed out before receiving a response any help would be wonderful

i am having the same issue  i beleave its a server problame

The server has been restarted since then.    Please report if you are still experiencing problems.

i have a problem not being able to connect with other players i tried the scan it said

I also turned my firewall off and it still isn't working right
