Me and a friend are unable to connect to one another and always get the error unable to connect to players, does anyone know how to sort this?

command and conquer red alert command and conquer 3 and command and conquier 3 wrath of cane and tiberian twilight is not connecting to other players.

im playing the steam version.

there is no error alet, when i go into the lobby to join games it wont let me join any. And in command and conquer red alert 3 it shows my name in the lobby but it wont let me join a match.

my operating system is windows 10 64 bit

There is nothing in the temp folder.

i Disable port forwarding and DMZ in your router i downloaded http://server.cnc-on.../NATNegTest.rar and the results are attached its a little fuzzy but readable

You need to extract the files from the rar file into a directory and then run NATNegTest.bat (if you try to do that without fully extracting the files, it will not launch).

ok i had att tech support extract the file is it clear enough for you its a little fuzzy can you help me
