Can't Connect Generals Zero Hour

Hi,

 

I have an issue with my C&C Generals Zero Hour. I used to play regularly, however everytime i join a game now it goes straight to the disconnection menu.

I can see them chat but they can't see me chat. I have tried restarting my router, ports are forwarded, I have installed static IP. I really dont know what to do now. Can some1 help me out with this issue? I'm available for any questions or comments.

Please could you clear the port forward and run the connection test in How to Report issues, then post the result in here.
