Please could you run the connection test in How to Report Issues and post the result in here. It might be helpful to see the result of the test from the router that is working too.

OK, the best thing for you to do is to set your computer as the DMZ (you do that on your modem).    Often, you can do that by setting the MAC address of your network card on your computer as the DMZ (which is the easiest) but sometimes you will have to set it via the IP address.    All I can suggest you do is to google your modem to find out how to do it.

DMZ is same as port forwarding or different thing?

It's a bit like port forwarding but it forwards everything to your computer (rather than the ports you select).     The range of ports that can be used is too large to use portforwarding sensibly.

NAT negotiation works with your router and connection.

Connection Error 1-2 may also be caused by 1 silly setting in Red Alert 3 as I've seen this happen before with GeneReis last month and few days ago again.

In his case the problem was the Firewall Override setting after he tried to forward the ports in his router, thinking that was a necessary step to be able to log into the server.

Can you please check the following to see if this is the case and possible source of the problem:

1. Open Run. (Windows key + R)

2. Copy the following, without the quotes and click on OK. "%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%\AppData\Roaming\Red Alert 3\Profiles"

3. Now, open the folder of your commander profile.

4. Look for the file called "Options.ini" and open it with your favorite text editor.

5. Search "FirewallPortOverride", and change the port to 0.

6. Search "SendDelay" and change the setting to 0.

7. Save the changes and try starting a match again to see if this has solved the problem or not. In some cases, there might be a 5 seconds delay due to having a slow internet connection or using WiFi.

Let us know if this solved the issue, if not we may have to dig deeper into the issue if necessary.
