I had to reinstall my PC and obviously RA3 but I can`t remember my user ID and password.
Any idea how could I reset it?

Use your credentials from these forums to log into the C&C:Online web site. You can remind yourself of (or change) your game password (or your game log in name) from there. For RA3 you use your email address as your log in name. You can remind yourself of that by looking at your own profile on these forums.
