Could not connect to backend server ra3

This is what i have done and it is still showing same error (Cd key in that red box)

ergc needs to be a folder, not a value, it should look like this: post-219586-1513988192.png

hi just bought ra3 and it is saying that i cannot connect to backend server (never been online)

Actually backend server is no longer an issue but :"Registry is corrupt and has been altered"  error message is showing.

ergc should be a folder, each folder has a default value, you need to set the default value of ergc to your RA3 CD-Key.
