Cannot log in to Red Alert. When I try to enter the game via CNC online I get a black screen and the game crashes. Please help me fix this problem.

I assume this issue only occurs in Red Alert 3, no other games?
Kinda lack understanding why the launcher would give a black screen, since this report appears to be very uncommon...
