Red Alert 3 Steam Edition

 

The suggested compatibility fix by setting the launcher up with Windows XP compatibility mode has failed to yield results. Setting both RA3.exe and shortcuts into compatibility mode has also failed.

Note that this also happens when I launch C&C Tiberium Wars/Kane's Wrath. I managed to find an odd workaround for that case. The workaround will successfully launch RA3 - but renders online play inaccessible, making the workaround useless in this case.
