You have to download Gentool which is on the website somewhere, then you log into generals normally and go into online mode normally

Thanks to all its worked but one other problem with same internet ip i can play with brothers but other country players its unable to load or connect how to play with others players

Hi Guys
Ive signed up and downloaded the updated gentool etc.. but it keeps saying that the other players are using a different version of the game?
And i cant join in?

Please install Bibber's Fixed Launcher and give it another try.

I'm not sure whether it could be something related to the ISP.
You could give an VPN Server a try to see if that gives a better outcome.
One of the examples is Windscribe, they offer 10 GB per month for free.
If using an VPN, make sure that the Network IP settings in the game is set to the VPN's IP.
