Hello all,

 

 

( I have the Steam version of the game, up to the latest official patches, and I am running the game on Windows 10)

 

I have a problem with getting my Kane's Wrath online.  I have registered on Revora, downloaded the client and tried it out.

 

 

So I start my C&C online client, start the game from the client and get in the game. Once in the game I click the Online button.

 

But instead of opening the Login page, the game freezes and I cannot do anything.

 

 

Is someone experiencing the same problem?  How should I fix it? I have not found anything online about the issue I am experiencing.

 

 

If I can add some other information I will gladly do it, if someone would just point me in the right direction.

Thank you for such a fast response, I have attached the File in the original post.

 

There was just this file so it must be it.    I am patiently awaiting your reply. If there is anything else you would need I will provide it, I just really want to play this game online

OK, the log looks fine. Are you able to play a skirmish game in you load the game without C&C:Online (i.e. launching the game from Steam unhooked) or does that freeze too?

I am having the same issues, I can do anything including skrimish and hit LAN network which will let me host a game and play sandbox.

It only freezes if I press the Network Tab In-game, other features of the game work perfect.

 

The only thing I haven't tried is to reload the game, but Steam cannot find any missing files or files that would be corrupt.

 

I am open to suggestions, and thank you so much for your effort.

You hit the "network" tab? You should be hitting the "Online" tab. Is that what you meant?

Please could you make a new topic for this one. I think this is going to get confusing. I will also need to see your error log (see How to Report Issues )

You hit the "network" tab? You should be hitting the "Online" tab. Is that what you meant?

 

 

 

I am sorry, yes I "hit the Online Tab" not the "network" one. Sorry I meant the right thing, I just wrote the other one I apologize. The network function works fine, just can't seem to figure out why the game freezes when I Hit Online button.

Hello,

 

i have the same bug with the orgin version, I tried to open the "Online" tap too, before installing the online client and it froze too.

And with the online client its freezing too.

 

Any help is really appreciated.

I tried again and waited much longer and CNC gave me this Error Message (Picture below).

 

I hope this will help.

That looks like a problem with your graphics drivers.    Maybe you should try updating them?

Sorry I missed your post. I have sent you a PM with a solution which we're testing. If anyone else wants that solution to try, please make your own topic and post your error log.

@ToxicShock Thanks for your answer, I tried the newest driver and it didn´t work.

 

Can you send me the solution too since a have the exact same problem, or is there a special reason for opening a new topic?

I reinstalled the game now twice and now, when i start cnc online and use it to start the game and I click on "online" it only says the its unable to connect to the kanes wrath servers.

I am going to open a new topic now.
