Could not connect to C&C Generals Zero Hour Online

I followed the above video guide along with a mate of mine, we're both on Windows 10, he's had no issues and is able to connect and play Online, whenever I try to login I get the above message shown in bold. I've tried running the game in Administrator too. Singleplayer is fine, and we are able to use Hamachi and use the same IP essentially and play via direct network. But I can't connect Online. My IP begins with 192 in-game also, as someone previously asked me in Discord.

Hello uklasher,

 

did you set up an account on C&C Online already?

And if so did you use the same username, password and e-mail to log into C&C ZH Multiplayer?

 

You need to use the same username, password and e-mail you used on C&C Online in order to play C&C ZH Multiplayer.

 

If you have already done that then I would suggest that you try all the different solutions provided by the video.

Also try to open all the ports for C&C ZH.

Yes I created an account, the username, password and email all match. I've tried all steps shown in the video.

Basically there was a conflict due to multiple accounts. What worked for me was deleting the other accounts/usernames and keeping the original. A mod deleted them for me, or.. more so just disabled them.
