No matter what i can't get ping in rooms

hello since september 2018,i can log in normally in c&c 3 kw and be in the lobby bue everytime i get in any room,my ping shows yellow but other ping players show its thinking,i know is some problem from me dunno what it is i tried everything and i can´t get con please somebody help me i don´t know what to do anymore.

HEEEEELLLPPPPPPPPPPP...

im trying to post a copy of the results but its says

OK, as you can probably see, you failed that test.    I think you would benefit from using a VPN. We have been recommending Windscribe as a free VPN and generally speaking people have had a lot of success with that. You get 10GB per month for free if you provide an email address and that should be enough for your playing needs.

hello sorry but i don´t like that,invades my entire privacy invades my computer and blocks my internet in my computer sorry but no thanks you don´t have other solution?

If the VPN is set up right, it should protect your privacy rather than invade it. If you use the provider I mentioned, you can switch it on and off from your desk top.

All I can suggest apart from that is that you contact your provider and check whether they are providing full IP4 support (rather than dual stack lite) and if they are not, whether they are able to do that.      These games need a full IP4 connection and do not work on Dual Stack Lite.   If they give the wrong answers, you could consider changing provider.
