Red Alert 3 Connection Issue

Note:
I disabled firewall, RA3 port forwarded using software called PortForward Network Utilites,Turning on DMZ, and have a little problem when i checking forwarded ports its give me a error that port is not forwarded...!, and last thing i staticed my ip

 

What version of the game are you using: Normal

kind of error: connection in progress 1-2

at what time? When i want to start a hosted game or a game that i've been invited in

operating system: Windows 10 64 bit

Have you tried using a VPN? I can't connect to anyone unless i use a VPN.
