Hi,

 

I purchased the ultimate collection of CNC which is linked to Origin.

Windows version: Windows 10 Home 64bit

Antivirus: Norton 360

I have installed CNC-Online and have hooked the game. I am able to get into the online lobby but cannot start a game. My friends also cannot start a game if I am in there. They are able to do so when I leave the game.

I have tried port forwarding but I'm not sure if I did it right. I even disabled my firewall and it didn't work.

I also checked that all applications have firewall access

I have a HUAWEI router, model N5368X and attached the options that are available for port forwarding

Update...

 

I've enabled DMZ. Although the connection diagnostic doesn't work, I am able to play online. There is an issue however.

I can play a game with friend A

Friend B can play a game with friend A

I cannot play a game with friend B

When all 3 are in the game it doesn't work.

So the problem is between me and friend B, which doesn't make sense

 

Any advice?

i can´t play in lan with my brother or play online, but i have the launcher and a account. When i go to online, it says i have to update my game

However, when entering the game, and accessing the online option for server configuration, the game returns with the following message: "Unable to establish a connection with the kane´s wrath servers. Please check your internet connection.

However my PC is already connected to the internet.

I bought the original games through Origin and accessed through C&C Revora, but unfortunately I haven't been able to play online yet.

Is there anyone here who can help me in this matter.

I managed to solve my connection issue. Both my connections are on a mobile network. I called my service provider and requested unresticted APN access. Once this was done on their end, I needed to change some settings on my router for this type of access. All works now

Will try and help if I can. Did you follow all the steps that were posted on the site i.e. hooking the game on the cnc-online app that you downloaded, ensuring that you entered the user name and password exactly as you captured when you registered with Revora?

There is a section on the cnc-online download page that has a link to all the official patches. Maybe check there if you have the latest version

Yes, I did the entire registration process on the Revora website, but when I open the game and go online, the game crashes and the following message is displayed.

 

When I installed Revora, it also gave an error message.

 

I can't select games in the Hook option

Hi,

 

The problem does seem to be with your CNC Online app. I have not seen that error before so I can't comment on it. You need to hook the game first before you can log in online.

I also noticed that it is looking for "generals.exe" in the error message. If you are trying to play Generals or Zero hour then CNC Online won't work. You will need to use GenTool which can be found on the Revora installation page. I would also suggest creating a new topic in the forum specific to your problem so that it can get the right attention needed. Post the images that you have added here as well in that new thread. Hello my friend did all what you said that should solve the problem but still we can't play together .

 

The issue is that he can log in online , be in the lobby etc. but when he is  joining the game lobby he has some weird icon ? That is not explain anywhere in the game or in the forum... any ideas ? I been looking for answer for last few hours if you can help us out guys since 4 of us can play with no issues except him ;/ ?
