Generals Could not Connect to C&C

The problem you have is "Could not Connect to C&C Generals Zero Hour Online", is that correct?

 

Using Generals on Windows Vista/7/8/10 can cause connection issues. Run the game as Administrator and in Windows XP compatibility mode to avoid issues. Also check your Online IP in the Options menu of the game. You must select the IP Address of your Internet Adapter.

hi, i made yesterday my account here, login was working, but gentools sayed that the game is modified, so today after work i deleted my GameData.ini i made before gentool install to modify the zoom.

 

After this i Try to login, but only get: Could not Connect to C&C Generals Zero Hour Online

Tryed to re insert the GameData.ini but get always the same.

If i Enter a wrong Password i get this:  That Password is incorrect. Please try again.

My Account Status on the website says Active.

 

I download and run the NATNegTest.rar:

CONNECTION ISSUES 

Solution 1: Link not working

Solution 3: Addet C&C to the firwall, even Diabled the Firwall = Could not Connect to C&C Generals Zero Hour Online

Solution 4: i dont have such a tool instaled

Solution 5: Forwardet the UDP port 16000to my Pc = Could not Connect to C&C Generals Zero Hour Online

Solution 6: Dmz on my PC = Could not Connect to C&C Generals Zero Hour Online

now i feel stupid ^^     In the Options there was an Ip with 172.*.*.*  Selected, changing to the Other with my Lan ip 192.168.*.*  , and boom, now it works lol.
