Hello, I am unfortunately unable to connect to the online server.

PC restarted / game restarted / access data updated at C&C online / ... unfortunately everything did not work. Yesterday the connection was still fully there.

Does anyone know the problem and have an idea for me.

Where do you have the game from and what is your operating system?

Also make sure that youre following the correct hooking procedure and running cnc online and the game file as administrator:

1. If you have cnc online open, close it before doing anything else.

2. Not necessary, but in some cases it helps, disable your antivirus.

3. Open steam/origin, and create a shortcut for your game.

4. Open CNC Online and hook your game, then close the launcher.

5. Now double click the shortcut you created, it should take you to the cnc online launcher, and go from there.

Thx, aber es funktioniert für mich leider nicht. Ich habe das gesammte Spiel neu installiert, und cnc online und den connection test runtergeladen. danach via command post auf 1.02+ gepatchd. 

Jedes Mal wenn ich jetzt das Spiel starten möchte, startet der launcher. dann drücke ich auf kanes wrath und es öffnet sich ein weiterer launcher. Jedoch das Spiel startet sich nicht.

 

Ich verwende windows 10 und habe cnc tib wars und kanes wrath via origin gekauft.

 

Should i be writing in english?

English is better but i can understand german too, do you have the ultimate collection and have you tried clicking on the game in the second game launcher?

Thank you so far, the game actually starts by starting kanes wrath via the second launcher!

 

i have bought the games tib wars 3 and kanes wrath via origin, not the whole collection.

 

But as soon as i am online and logged in, i cannot join any games, because i get the error: your game is in a different version (someting like that)

So i started command post and disabled the 1.03 patch and went back to 1.02+. the same problem started to show(my game is not the same version?)

 

Hm, do you have another clue for me to check?

When you apply the 1.03 or 1.02+ patches from Command Post, you're effectively applying a mod to your game. 1.02 (Vanilla) and 1.02+ are incompatible with each other, causing the version mismatch error. People playing two different mods/versions cannot connect to each other.

 

HOWEVER, if you use Command Post's 1.02+ map packs, that's okay; the modifications that the 1.02+ patch applies are included within each map, which does not modify your game.

 

I would try just connecting online WITHOUT any special patch and see if you still get that error--just a fresh, vanilla version of 1.02 is all I want you to try. No Command Post stuff.
