Hey guys, I've installed c&c 3 TW through origin. I launch the game using the cnc online. 

 

In-game, I go to multiplayer, click online after which the game takes about five minutes to load the following message: 

 

Unable to establish a connection with the Command & Conquer 3 servers. Please check your internet connection. 

 

I'll attach a pic of the above message as well as my error log file. 

 

Will really appreciate any advice or help on what could possibly be done to fix the issue.

I am running windows 10.

Run the game and cnc online as admin also make sure that you follow the correct hooking procedure:

1. If you have cnc online open, close it before doing anything else.

2. Not necessary, but in some cases it helps, disable your antivirus.

3. Open steam/origin, and create a shortcut for your game.

4. Open CNC Online and hook your game, then close the launcher.

5. Now double click the shortcut you created, it should take you to the cnc online launcher, and go from there.
