The briefing has the Thief say to sneak everyone in via the car, however this seems impossible in the final game, as even if the Diver/Sapper are given disguises, they'll still be discovered in the car.
It seems like either the special coding for this situation wasn't finished or the Spy could "Disguise" vehicles by being the driver and this was cut for whatever reason.

It is a script problem, they should say truck instead of car, get in using truck works perfectly, the leitenaunt will move and open the gate If you carry the document. Unfortunetly the original game is too easy and do complex things is a waste of time when you can just open the door and even find a 500 flamethrower in first rom.
