Hi.

I have played C&C Generals Zero Hour for many years offline. Recently decided to go online, but after following a lot of different guides and threads on the topic, i must seek aid from the forums.

I have the game through Origin, have the GenTool application on, as well as altered the games properties so that it is run as administrator and compatibility Windows XP (Service Pack 3). Even though i can get into the online lobbies and chat with people, once the game is started, i get the message "Unable to connect wither other players". I have found that I am the only one in the lobbies that cant connect to the game, i just cant load in.

Any IT experts and gurus out there; im gladly listening to you wisdom.

do you have any vpns running?
is your firewall blocking smth?
have you tried connecting with the activated option called send delay?

I have no vpns running. (I have tried using a vpn from windscribe, but when i use it, i am unable to even connect to online on Zero Hour).
I have completely disabled my firewall, so it should not.
Yes, i tried with the send delay activated.

so your windscribe had issues?

make sure of the follwing

your windscribe account is activated to get that free 10gb

open it and activate it

make sure nothing else is using data discord is fine spotifiy also ish

let it connect

deactivate that little firewall slider

boot up your game

go to settings

change the IP to the one that starts with 10

In-game: Send delay ticked and using IP that starts with 10.

see if deactivating send delay might do the trick
