I have been playing Kane's Wrath on cnc online for more than 3 years. Recently for some days i have been facing a problem. The problem is when i host a room, no one can join my room. They see an error which is

"Failed to join-error code is 0". I have reinstalled the games and cnc online but didnt work. 

 

It is to be mentioned here that I can join other player's room and can play. No problem is joining rooms. Only when I create/host a room no one can join and that message appears.

 

Does anyone knows the solution of it?

did anthing changed in your network?  your carrier? some maintance in your street? ISP introduced some new plan?

Nothing changed. In fact I have another old PC which is currently connected with TV to watch movies using same Internet. In that PC everything is fine. I can host and other players can join my room and play. 

But in the PC which i use to play games that error code 0 problem appears to other player who wants to join my room.

This sounds like a misconfiguration on your main PC. Error code 0 normally means that the game thinks you (the host) has left the lobby whenever a new user joins you. Since the game thinks a user is joining a now-collapsed lobby, the error code is thrown. Normally, this is due to some connection being blocked on the host computer.

 

I would start comparing and contrasting the differences between the two computers in terms of their networking since one works while the other doesn't.

 

 

Are both PC's on the same Windows version? Do they both have the same antivirus? Are both PC's firewalls set up the same?

 

Try to find the major differences between the two, that way we can narrow down the issue.
