Soulstorm Problem Playing Lan with friends! Help!

Os: Windows 11

Patch : 1.2 ( but same problem with 1.0)

Scenario:

2 laptop, 2 identical installation, playing lan.
I can create easily a new lan game.
The other pc easily visualize in game-list my game.
When I try to join it: No host found.
It is the same for both.

What I have already done

- setted all the udp port and tcp port on firewall

TCP: 27015-27030, 27036-27037

UDP: 6112, 4380, 27000-27031, 27036

- Checked same time on clock
- Checked same version
- Disabled firewall
- Tried on linux -> same result!
- Patched -> 1.0 -> 1.2 -> Same result
- Ran as admin
- Tried with direct join
- Double check the config
- Fresh install x3
- Removed Winrar

Note:
- I use 2 different CDKEy for each pc, for DoW, Winter Assault, Dark Crusade, Soulstorm.


But the problem 3 years ago, with windows 10 pc it worked like charm.There is something that block the port or the connection and I cannot understand what.
