I don't know what's happening, but the Installer doesn't install the language pack and when I try to open up red alert 3 it says "Please install at least one language pack" I am on windows 11 and I've done this before on the exact same computer and still on windows 11 and it worked, the Installer installed the language pack but for some reason it just doesn't work, I've tried using the repair button and restarting my computer and deleting and redownloading the installer but it didn't work, it still just says I need to install a language pack.
