Hi, I have been playing for years with no issues, now suddenly Im not able to login and get the above error in game.

 

I have gentool, gen patcher etc with all fixes applied.

My IP address is correct in game

 

 

I can correct it, when I repair through the EA app - BUT, it only works once and I have to repair it each time when I close the game down.

Help! I can't put up with the repair each time!

Update, I have done a full reinstall, applied the genfixer updates, installed Gentools.  Now it won't connect to online servers at all.

It seems you've encountered an issue related to game login and IP verification. I recommend checking your firewall, router settings, IP configuration, DNS settings, and network drivers.

Hello,

I don't know if its the same problem but i just installed the game and the C&C online luncher
when i start the game using the C&C online says Game installation not found.
if i lunch the game directly through EA app i cannot connect to online.

any Helps or Links or any thing i might be missing

hi. i am having an issue in CmC zero hour. when i connect to a game. when it launches it takes me back to the menu. says cant connect to the host. can anyone help ?

Same problem here, I cannot connect to online servers.

 

I have installed genpatch, gentool, C&C online but to no avail

 

I have checked the IP address and its the same as my ipv4 address when I go to command prompt and enter ipconfig.

 

Please help, it would be much appreciated
