Hello Forum.
First of all: i come from Austria and Speak German --> Easier for help.
Since Release of Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour i play it 
Now my Son also want to play with me, and so i read in the forum how it will be possible to play online.
To be honest I don´t understand what i am doing wrong and i have no idea how it should work.
I play it from EA in the Ultimate Collection.
I have installed Gentool and C&C Online.
I have a Revora Account and can login to C&C Online and so on.
But i even don´t know how to start the game.
Should i start game and go over the normal Muliplayer button in the game? I don´t think so.
When i start C&C Online and klick to "Zero Hour" the failure "Unable to launch Zero hour" pops up.
Can someone takes some time and guide me though the single steps.
I read and search in the forum, but as in every forum: The search function brings either 1 million hits, or nothing, and i don´t understand in general how it should work.
Sorry, for my weak understading of this process and kindly ask someone (preferred german speaker) for help.
Perhaps with voice over Skype or anything else.
