hello i got the colelction from steam and i tryed playing zero hour and i got this problem Registry is corrupt and has been altered even though i could play red alert without problem and i tryed looking for the solution and the solution is not there anymore so can someone help me i would like to play with my friends

if you didnt fix it yet ... i fixed it on my side .. install GenPatcher 2.07b ... also has fixes for steam version ultimate collection

https://www.gentool.net klick on explore features and there you find the genpatcher.

I have v2.07b but am also getting Registry is corrupt and has been altered
Just made account, first time trying to play online w/ Steam app bundle
Any other fixes?

You need to open your registry editor. Look for "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Electronic Arts\EA Games\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour\ergc" and copy the value of "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Electronic Arts\EA Games\Generals\ergc"
Might be slightly different because I have EA version, but by default Zero hour doesn't have any key in ergc and it needs to match General's ergc
