Cannot Connect To Backend Server

hello i am here to get help to fix this problem, no matter what i do, whenever i try to get online in red alert 3 it say 

Cannot Connect To Backend Server, every single time, no matter what i do i am unable to fix it and i cannot find any fix listed anywhere

I'm right with you, my dad and I are trying to play Red Alert 3 and we have CnC Online. Both of us it's saying that we cannot connect to backend server, no idea what this means. Hopefully, somebody can help us out.


EDIT: I got it! You have to go remove the internal firewall in Red Alert 3!

 

Steps: Go into the Windows Command propt (Windows+R)
Type: %appdata%
Click "Red Alert 3"
Click "Profiles"
Click: Your name user. ie. "Zayda41"

Click: Options

Delete the line: "FirewallPortOverride=0"

 

Make sure to save!!
