Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 from The Ultimate Collection on Steam and Windows 10. Everytime me and my buddy want to play multiplayer, it shows us ''Connections are in progress, or connection problem detected.'' We have just downloaded the launcher and made it work, but this is the only thing holding us back
