Hey i'm having a problem with genlauncher and when i try to launch online multiplayer it comes back with an error stating "could not connect to CnC online"
i'm using genlauncher v 8.9 and trying to play online with mods aswell
any help would be awesome.

Could be a port forwarding issue.
You're going to want to google port forwarding for generals zero hour, it's unfortunately an involved process.

Hello,
My English is not very well so I hope you will understand me.
I am trying to play CC Generals online but it doesent work......
I have installed a GenTool and it is running when I am trying to play.
Also I have make an account on Revora and its been accepted.
Then I use this nickname and password in the game.
Still it doesent work,
It say: Could not connect to CC Generals Zere Hour online......
Can Anybody pleasy help me with this problem.....

Im also running into the same issue, tried reinstalling without result.
Tried to open ports, also no juice. Also tried to open the firewall, but that didnt help either unfortunately.
For me when i open CNC generals (not zero hour) and after entering credentials I hit the login button, it loads for 10 seconds or so before the screen freezes for two seconds after which the error pops up.
What's weird is when I assign a different Nickname upon trying to log in in-game, it does create a new profile for me. Very strange, this indicates that it can somewhat connect to the server but also not at the same time. Really struggling weith this one

Make sure you're using the Generals online password, not the revora password

Everyone solved the issue.
If you have the latest version of Gentool, you need to go to your options and down in the network settings.
Make sure that both the Online IP and LAN IP are the same and link to your internal LAN IP Address. This means your IP address for both should start with either 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x . Do not us your public ISP IP address.
You can go into your windows command prompt and type in IP Config to determine the correct LAN Address.
