I have the Red Alert 3 purchased and installed through EA

I have windows 11

I am getting this error when I try to launch the game "Unable to launch Red Alert 3"

I get this error whether I launch the game from C&C Online launcher, or from EA itself. When I launch the game from EA app, the C&C Online launcher pops up, then when I click Red Alert 3 button I get the error.

 

 

Things I tried and I failed

1. Uninstall and reinstall Red Alert 3 from EA app.
2. Uninstall and reinstall C&C Online launcher app.
3. Restarted the system.
4. Tried running both as administrator
