Someone asked me how to take a screenshot, so:

In the top right of most keyboards is a button marked "Print Scrn" (Scrn stands for Screen), sometimes it has "SysRq" on it too.

Pressing "Print Scrn" makes an image of your screen in the Windows clipboard. To use this goto an image program, like Paint, and 'paste' it in.
You can also save it in Word and Excel. An image program is recommended.

You can also take ‘active’ shoots by holding “Alt” and then pressing “Print Scrn”. This only shows the currently active window. This is useful for showing specific parts of your screen.

I'm quite suprised by the amount of people who don't know this... :p

Depends what program you're using. Try pausing it on the point you want to screendump (if this is possible), and right-clicking.

Alternately, look down the tabbed menus (File, Edit, etc). Usually they'll have a Capture Frame or some such. I know Windows Media Player doesn't let you directly screengrab, but I think there's still a Capture Frame button somwhere.

Besides the printscreen button you can download Fraps. Fraps is screencapture software. It's able of making videos of waht's happening on your screen, like when you bomb your enemies base. The only problem is the files are big, but you can always dowload some movie convert software. Myself I prefer Windows Moviemaker. It's free, and friendly in use. It should be included in SP2. If you can't find it, try the windows help function to search for it.
Besides making movies Fraps can take screenshots, name them by the exact date and time. I think its better nthen PrtScr, because it makes the screen autopmaticly and not just past it on your clipboard.
