This topic was totally pointless, as he even said it was a rhetorical question. Then he actually asked for an answer TO the question. Someone's got a bit of a paradox going on...
Anyway, none of us have ever heard of this mod. And since we make up a good 75-80% of the community (or a good 75-80% of the community visit here), you can safely assume it's dead, somewhere else in particular (which basically means it's dead), or you just dreamt it.
Try www.moddb.com . They might be able to shed some light on your missing mod.
