When is CR likely to be released?

Much of what I want to include involves a lot of work (like full individual debris for each unit, new buildings, new terrain, new maps, new voxels, etc).
Really, Code Red needs a BIG overhaul from its last release, and my initial idea of just "patching" in Germany would have been a pretty feeble release that added little to the game on its own, and which would still not have addressed many balance and gameplay issues.
When will it be ready? Hehe, "When it is done" is about the best I can do for an answer .

After that, if there is anything left to do (balancing etc), I'll release either 0.97 or 1.00 depending on how much there is to fix.
Version 1.00 will be pretty much final unless we decide to do something else with Code Red, like more countries for example (though that is highly unlikely).

It will be in 0.96 (as I've said countless times before) if that is what you're asking...

North Korea pls! A badass country ought to be included in it!

Besides, what units would North Korea have that China or Iran don't? They have the same out-of-date rubbish, except that it is painted dark green.
This is why it is so unlikely that more countries will be added; aside from the amount of work, there really isn't much left that is worth adding militarily (except as a SP side, and there are are no missions planned).
There are a handful of "neutral" units that will be placed on maps, representing local warlords, rebels, UN, etc. These sorts of units will include the odd unit that didn't quite make it into the lists as well; like the T-55 for example.

work is sacred...so don't go near it.

Seriously, there is a lot to do, and I just work on whatever takes my fancy at the time.
With so many units, doing everything of one type in one go gets tedious very quickly. That tends to be when you make silly mistakes as well.
