Yes. I can answer it.

The answer is most certainly NO. While I'm debating wether to give them to Rhovanion (possibly at a later date) I would certainly NOT give them to a mod which has not proved it's quality. That goes for quite a few of the primarily ideas guys mods

Go away and play with your little lists of units and TEH COOL ideas. Your mod will be added to the huge list of dead ideas guy run mods soon, as so many have before you.
