Gondor, Gondor...

Seems I've been working on these skins such a long time, tinkering, polishing... never totally satisfied.. most skins have changed significantly since the last renders... will anyone notice? I don't know... will anyone care?

A lot of the changes I've made to the model will be noticable only in motion.... the skirt plates are seperate to the skirt, the shoulderplates are seperate... but will anyone really care? I like it.. I didn't like the distortion present in the old model..

Nevertheless, I've finally locked these off to my satisfaction.. trouble always was that if I made a change to one, I'd often have to make the same change to all the others... heh

Anyway.. yes.. locked off... finished... strange thought...

So much work for such a small effect, but that small effect was desperately needed. The realism you've brought to these models is unparallel.

Are you kidding? There is no better gondor skin than yours! For example, Im not sure if you saw them, but I just released a few screenshots of my gondor units. Mine look like skins. Yours look like gondor soldiers. The 'realism' is incredible.

having played with them ingame, I can only confirm all the above, and outline the fact that Dain is currently redoing certain animations for them

BFME II sucks. Rhovanion Alliance will be much much much much much much more better. They mucked up every aspect of the books and turned them into some sort of Dungeons and Dragons thing :thumbsdown:
[I know I am a n00b]If you don't believe me, check out the news for what certain creature the goblins (I HATE the corrupt wild thing, what's the point of a creep faction) have and the "White" Eagles and "Black" mumakil............ The Men of the West are completely annoying and EA has put no effort into them... Walls are penetrated by plain swords and bows. No units on walls.[/I know I am a n00b...]
