They are a very authoritarian and militaristic society with an autocratic dictator and a quasi-religious zeal amongst the entire populace. 'Free Republic' is in name only, for it is neither. They seek an expansion of their already expansive borders. Their large and far-flung military is technologically inferior to that of their rival superpower, however massive numbers are a key fear-inducer.
