The Xethonian Initiative are a very unusual and secretive society, with their strengths laying in deplomacy & economy. Although they are mostly accociated with trade they are believed to have a highly deveopled navel and air force but knowledge is limited due to high secrecy kept on their military status (More detail in international database). This also means that they have a large variety of costal resources that includes Oil, Iron Ore, Coal & Chalk.
