Hey all, I've got a few questions about some codes I found in the XML files: (I'm writing this just before I go to bed... so I haven't had a chance to mess with these codes since finding them)

1) In "Planets.xml" I found this code:

<The_Force>Neutral</The_Force>
<Force_Strength>0.0</Force_Strength>

Does anyone know what it does, if anything?

2) In one of the hero xml's I found this:

<Is_Force_Sensitive>Yes</Is_Force_Sensitive>

I assume this would relate to the force stuff above, but how if at all?

3)

<Attach_To_Flagship_During_Space_Battle>

Can I define somewhere what constitutes a "Flagship"?
I was wondering if it was possible to give Vader his TIE only if there were no Star Destroyers present...

I think I have a few more Q's but I'm tired and can't remember what they were

Why should he have to post at a hosted mod's forums to get an answer rather than the main EaW hub? We're trying to build a community here.

1. I've looked through the XML's and none of the planets list any sort of Force other than Neutral with a value of 0.0 so I'd presume that this is redundant code.

2. This could relate to the Force powers some units have, such as Vader, The Emperor or as you say, to the Force value of planets, but if it's redundant then I doubt it does anything.

3. I could find no mention of "Flagship" in any of the xml files (love the ability to search a folder) so I'd presume it's an automatically assigns a flagship when you enter battle and is the situation when you have ground based heroes in space, they assign themselves to a space unit.

Nazzie, perhaps rather than send everyone to AOSW to answer questions, you could send people here to ask them.

In regard to question #2, I found this code for Vader:

So I guess this is to represent the way he could "sense" obi-wan/luke's presence when he was near them and vice versa. I haven't noticed this in-game, but I also haven't played that much yet either.

Unfortunately I've been working on several other little projects today as well and haven't had a chance to check out the other two things, but if I find anything I'll let you know.
