Military:
A stong millitary, with a balance of quantity and quality. All able-bodied people are required to serve 2 years active duty, or 4 years reserve duty. The millitary is highly glorified in Stekronia, and heros and heroines have celebrity status here.

Brief History:

MS was founded by German and British colonists that began farming co-ops after discovering this fertile land on the Exoan Ocean. This is why there are two official languages in Stekronia; the languages are English and German. Due to the MezoExoic Current which flows along the coast, it is a popular tourist destination, due to the Amethyst colored water and the scarlet sand. The Exoraic Mountains run along the border of Pythagoria, and are also a popular vacation spot for skiers and snowboarders.

We tend to lean more toward diplomacy and alliances than wars and violence. We will, however, go to war when it is warranted.

The Stekronian People are affectionate, creative, and love music. Due to these factors, they make excellent enginneers, artists, and musicians. In the South and East of the land, there is more agriculture and exploitation of natural resources, namely cabbage, potatoes, basil, coal, and iron ore. The East of the country is industrialized, specializing in aircraft, automobile, and technological components.

Military
1.5 million troops-
National Reserve- 250,000 troops- 50 HITRON capable helo's for border security, 500 Anti Tank/ Personnel Helo's, 200 Cutter Vessels for shoreline security, the rest allotted between 100,000 AA gun defence facilities, a fleet of 100 M1 Abrams Tanks, purchased surplus from the US, 15,000 transport and light defence vehicles, and the remainder (about 100,000 as I figure it) as foot soldiers.
RSAF (Royal Stekronian Air Force) 635,000 Troops- 4 AWACS capable aircraft, 375 F-15's, 100 Anti-Tank/Personnel Helo's, 350 Heavy Bombers, 135 C-5M Heavy Transport aircraft, 10 T-6A Super Heavy Transport Aircraft, and a Reserve fleet of 3 Convertable ICBMS with Conventional Warheads.
RSN(Royal Steckronian Navy)- The smallest of the RSADAF (Royal Stekronian Active Duty Armed Forces) brances with only 250,000, due to Steckronia's small coastline- 5 Destroyers, 2 Air Craft Carriers, Equipped with 5 E-2C's for AWACS, 20 F-18's each,and 3 mine sweeping helos per carrier,5 Mine layers, and 10 Heavy transport ships, equipped with 3 Small hovercraft as landing craft
RSA(Army)- 375,000 Troops- 550 M1 tanks, 490 T-72 Tanks, 100 APC's, 750 Light Personel Carriers (Jeeps), The Remainder (About 500k, I believe?) as Foot Soldiers, RPG Soldiers, and Patrols.

State Religion:
Presbyterianism is dominant and what the Royal family follows, but Freedom of Religion is practiced

The Royal Constitution of the Semi-Constitutional Monarchy of Stekronia

Article I- Of Non-Government Entities

The government may not impose on any privately or publicly held companies.
Any non-government corporation has the right to discriminate against potential
customers/clients however they see fit, any they reserve the right to refuse
goods, services, and/or employment to any person, for any and every reason they choose.

Article II- Of The Value of Human Life

Murder, homicide, genocide, or fratricide of any sort will absolutely not be
tolerated. Abortion is illegal, as it is considered as murder of a living
human. The use of contraceptive devices is encouraged for females of child
bearing age and who do not wish to have children.

Article III- Of the Homeland

A. Of the colors of the Kingdom-
It is unlawful to display the colors of the SMS in a way that is disrespectful
to her, examples include: leaving the banner raised at night, hoisting it upside
down, displaying it on disposable products (in example napkins, paper plates/ cups),
or, in the greatest offence, burning the flag.

B. Of Betrayal the Kingdom-
Stekronia comes, for any citizen, before any and all other nations. Treason
is the highest offence in the land. It will be punished by, at the Judge's
discretion, from (at the lowest) deportation, up to and including (at the most)
death by firing squad.

C. Of Armed Services-
All able-bodied citizens are required to serve two years in the active duty
service or four years in the reserve service, at the discretion of the
individual citizen.

D. Of Allied Countries-
Allied Countries, and their symbols, are to be held in as high of a level of
respect as the ones of the SMS.

E. Of Flag Courtesy-
See the appendix at the end of the constitution for proper placement of the
SMS's flag, in several situations.

Article IV- Of Language-

The two official languages of the Semi-Constitutional Monarchy of Stekronia
are to be English and German. All government signs, documents, publications,
and webpages will be published in both languages.

Article V- Of War

A. Of Draft-
A draft may be instated at any time that the Armed Forces may require one.
It would include all able-bodied men from the ages of 18 to 32.

B. Of Declaration-
The SMS holds the right to declare war at any permitting time.
Reasons to declare war include-
- Instatement of a Fascist government
- Denial by a nation of basic human rights
- Invasion of the homeland or of allies
- Anytime the charter of any enrolled alliance requires it.

Article VI- Of Leaders

The supreme commander of the land shall always remain as the current King or
Queen, who shall always remain in the bloodline of King Gerhard I. Following
the current monarch, the current Premier is the executive officer of the
Kingdom. Elections for Premiers will be held once every two years. A limit of
5 consecutive terms (10 years) is instated; he or she must wait for 2 more
terms before running for premier again. Should a Premier die whilst in office,
He would be temporarily superceded by the Minister of War, until a new Premier
election may be held.

Article VII- Of Anthem
The anthem will be played at the commencement of any sporting event, whenever
a flag is raised, every morning at 6:00 am RSMT with the raising of the national
flag, or whenever it is warranted. When it is played, all able to do so must
stand, and everyone in the presence of it must remove any head accessories.
All soldiers, sailors, or airmen in uniform must salute, and all others must
place their right hand over their heart.
For details on the anthem, see the appendix at the end of the constitution.

Article VIII- Of Property

The Government will assume no rights whatsoever to cease, search, or destroy
any private property without the proper authorization, and even then, the
government may only destroy it if it poses a direct threat to the SMS or any
of her allies.

Article IX- Of Government Ballence-

The Government will be ruled by a 40-40-20 proportion. The King has 2/5 of the
total power, the Premier 2/5, and the Parliament 1/5. Thus, no party has total
control.

Article X- Of Criminal Rights

The SMS assumes innocence until proven guilty on a majority of crimes.
However, plaintiffs may have assumed guilt, dependant on a range of factors.
Among those are- Criminal Histories, Number of Charges, or accusation of any
of the following-
- Treason
- Murder
- Fratricide
- Cannibalism
- Acts of terrorism

The SMS may amend the constitution as so required.
This Constitution is signed into effect this 12 of September, 1822 by the
First United Stekronian Congress.
