The Independent States Allied Forces (hereby referred to as ISAF) is a collective security alliance of various nations of the free world. ISAF is meant to strengthen the security of various nations allied and friendly to the Aesanian Union. The following points are to be upheld by all nations:

1A: If a member nation is attacked unprovoked, all member nations must assist said member nation both economically and militarily.

1B: If a member nation is attacked, but the attack was provoked, other member nations may assist said member at their own discretion.

2: One member nation shall not attack another member nation. If this occurs, the aggressor will be ejected, and other member nations are required to act as they would as stated in point 1A.

3: Member nations are to lower and/or eliminate tariffs imposed on other member nations, in order to promote free trade and improve relations between nations.

4: Joint military maneuvers are to be held for all member nations to participate in. These include various training exercises and other activities.

5: Some military projects can become joint projects between member nations, but this is at the discretion of the organizer of the project.

I believe it might be in everyones best interest if the NAS merged with the ISAF to make the ISAF larger and more complete. Together we can do much more than seperate.

Although im not a member of either group, I would also advise you to do this. ComFian is becoming huge, and is partially allied with the LSN. At the moment, I think they largely outnumber you, so I would advise that you band together so they can't bully you around.
