It was a cool crisp morning inside a secret aerospace facility in northern Propylos. Some of Propylos's highest ranked military commanders were in attendance today, to witness an event that would prove to the world of Propylos's advanced technology. After almost a year of secret developement, the Propylosian Yundong-1 long range missile was ready for its first test flight.
At exactly 7:00 am, a load roar was heard throughout the facility as the rocket broke free from its restraints and soared into the air. Hundreds of miles away, in the middle of the Exoan ocean (south of the X.I., but still in international waters), a Propylosian Lokatos submarine waited.....suddenly they saw a blip on their radar.
"Captain, we have the missile in sight" shouted the radar techie.
"excellent....it appears it has been a success"
The rocket crashed into the ocean, and cheers were heard from the submarine. This rocket contained only 2/3 fuel and when filled to capacity it will have sufficient range to reach southern Soladian coastal cities. The Yundong-1 missile is designed to carry both magnesium and convential explosives, and was specifically designed to be extremely damaging to ports and shipyards.

As part of the continuing missile program, a prototype Yundong-2 long range missile was tested over the Exoan ocean, and failed, crashing into international waters just outside Aurorian waters. It was planned to travel a great deal further than the Yundong-1 missile, but in fact crashed into the ocean after a computer failure.
A month later, the computer systems were replaced by a simpler version and a second prototype was tested. This one was far more successful; heading out to sea and turning east before reaching X.I. waters, and then continuing until it crashed 100 miles off of northern Clandonian waters.
It had travelled almost 1.7 times farther than the Yundong-1 and is capable of carrying a heavier payload. It is presumed that this version could even reach targets as far as southern Belka.
The possible payloads of this missile have been classified, however military commanders again denied a Propylosian military nuclear program.
In other news, 15 billion propylosian dollars have been transfered out of the air force and have been invested into missile programs and civilian nuclear development, costing thousands of air force pilots and techniciens their jobs.

Classified message to Propylos-
We would be interested in purchasing the plans for such missiles. Would this be possible?

Secret message to SMS CMS:
These missiles are a symbol of Propylosian prosperity, and a great engineering accomplishment for our people. Therefore we regret to inform you that we would prefer to keep them to ourselves.
OOC: Yes, I thought it up meself
