In a 500 acre field a kilometre away from the Alexdropov City nuclear station, Chairman Huo and a series of government officials met with a team of Propylosian scientists to unvail the site of Propylos's first experimental fusion reactor.
The new reactor is part of a series of projects diverting money from Propylosian air forces and ground forces into advanced technology, which is planned to further stimulate the economy.
This reactor is purely experimental, and will use more energy than it creates. Chairman Huo hopes this reactor will lead Propylos into an age where electricity production through fusion is possible.
Chairman Huo also announced that further funding will be diverted from the air force and army into researching missile and nucclear technology.
